Incenteev continues its evolution to become the enterprise social network for sales teams. As a primary tool for motivating and retaining sales professionals, our platform is improving to also allow you to collaborate more effectively and accelerate the coaching and training of your sales force. Our latest addition? The ‘Group’ feature. Discover its benefits!

Create dedicated groups!
You can now, in a few seconds, create dedicated groups, private or public, and invite the colleagues you wish!
Information shared in a public group will be visible to all platform members, while in a private group, it will only be accessible to the people you choose. The ‘secret group’ feature allows you to create a group that will only be known to its members (invisible in the group list)
Interest groups, feedback groups, RFP response groups, opportunity tracking groups – all of this is now possible!
Benefits of groups:
- Structure discussions and information by topic
- Facilitate exchanges between colleagues and between departments on specific topics
- Share documents with a specific group of people
- Build a collaborative knowledge base and foster collective intelligence
- Filter the news feed to find all information published on topics that interest you
- Simplify communication and project management (RFP response, opportunity tracking, etc.) in large companies or for geographically dispersed colleagues
- Create coaching and mutual support spaces
Some use cases for the ‘Group’ feature:
- Implement structured collaborative monitoring (by sector, product, etc.): “Now our monitoring is clearly organized and each member contributes to it. This way, everyone can benefit from each other’s research and knowledge!”
- Create brainstorming groups to generate innovative ideas: “We believe that each of our colleagues can have the idea that will make a difference. We therefore value them and give them a voice to help us with development and innovation.”
- Improve feedback from field sales representatives: “It was often long and complicated to receive feedback from the field. Now, our sales representatives can simply log in to the platform from their mobile and provide a short summary of the meeting right after the appointment!”
- Organize your training sessions and facilitate the management of any questions: “We have dedicated groups for each training session, to share documents with everyone, but also to perpetuate the acquisition of specific skills by regularly updating this space. This is also useful for us to address misunderstandings and difficulties encountered by my sales representatives.”
- Create workspaces and project groups for your colleagues: “For large ongoing deals or more complex issues, I create a dedicated project group where I invite certain colleagues to help me brainstorm. Everyone can then give me their opinion or share their best practices […] On some projects, I even invite our consultants! This allows them to collaborate and advise members of our organization directly. I save time and gain efficiency!”
- Facilitate the onboarding and integration of new sales representatives: “My arrival and integration went very smoothly. Thanks to the ‘Onboarding’ group, I was able to ask questions and resolve difficulties encountered. My dedicated ‘integrators’ in this group provided me with their advice and relevant documents to help me from the start.”
- Share best practices: “We have a dedicated group for sharing best practices, where we disseminate advice or video testimonials from our best sales representatives, to pass on the ‘tips’ of a good salesperson to the entire sales team.”
